June 21st/22nd. Invited by the SMU (Singapore Management University), LluÃs MartÃnez-Ribes traveled to Singapore. In said days, he participated at the ISES Global Conference on Service Excellence 2010, organized by SMU, to offer a Master Class and participate in the plenary session. In addition, also on June 21st, he offered an interview for Channel New Asia and joined a networking dinner with Chapter ESADE Alumni Singapore.

July-14/19. LluÃs MartÃnez-Ribes runs on 14 and 19 July the new session of the Workshops "Futur Commerce." The edition of the workshop consists of three sessions for a small group of SMEs and selected retailers from different sectors. June-10th. Lluis Martinez-Ribes participated in the X Spanish Congress of Point of Sale Display organized by Graphispack in Madrid. Martinez-Ribes gave a speech about using the store as a strategy to develop more profitable and preferred brands.
